We involve ourselves in nothing other than the recruitment of legal secretaries and ALL the other support people that work in London's Legal Profession. We take enormous trouble over the choice of our recruitment consultants. They are people who care about what they do and they are people who can demonstrate genuine customer service skills. They are also highly trained, and we know that because ALONE IN OUR MARKET we provide the training ourselves. Whilst none of our competitors can boast anything like a formal training programme for their consultants EVERY MEMBER OF OUR TEAM has been through and passed an intensive 6 month training programme, largely based in the classroom. This includes modules on the legal specialisms, the workings and structures of law firms and HR departments, the secretarial role in the Legal Profession, and a whole range of other topics from 'user friendly' interviewing techniques and the preparation of candidates for job interviews to excellence in levels of service both to candidates and law firms. ALL OF OUR CONSULTANTS have passed THREE WRITTEN EXAMINATIONS in these subjects and all of them undergo full assessment days every three months throughout their career with us.
There never was a time when high calibre legal staff were easy to find, and even in times of economic downturn, we have found that the exceptional candidates are even harder to find amongst the huge numbers of jobseekers flooding the market. Whether it's legal secretaries, or any of the wide range of other support people we handle, we see it as our job to be acting for the lion's share of the best people coming on to the market. And we go to great lengths to control the quality of the candidates we refer on to our clients. How do we do it? We do it by word of mouth recommendations from satisfied job seekers to their friends; we do it by competing in the media using the very best advertising professionals; and we do it by reputation.
